Studio ScheduleThe studio schedule is below. If you are new to Pilates you will either be required to complete a 4-week Introduction to Pilates course or have some one-to-one tuition before joining a beginners or improvers level class (with the exception of antenatal classes). Most classes run in courses (except for Monday drop-in classes) and must be booked in advance. Please see bottom of page for details of course dates. Throughout August we are running a series of Summer Workshops
open to anybody. Click here for details. Levels: Introduction to Pilates course = monthly 4-week courses for complete beginners and new clients; Beginners = suitable for beginners who have completed the Introduction to Pilates course; Improvers = For people with some experience who have mastered the basic principals. Knowledge of good alignment and core stability is a must. Intermediate = Must be familiar and comfortable with all exercises at the beginners level as these classes flow more quickly. You must have been doing Pilates for at least a year and have good core stability. Not suitable for people with injuries or back pain.
