The Little Pilates Studio is conveniently located very close to a rail station, major road and bus stop (which serves 5 routes) and the Thames. We are perfectly situated only 1 block from the river in one direction and Greenwich park in the other. We are within walking distance from Greenwich (5 to 10 minutes, a very nice walk along the river), Blackheath Village (30 minutes, nice walk through the park) and Blackheath Standard (25 minutes).

Directions

The studio is located just off Trafalgar Road on Lassell street and a 2 minute walk from the Arches Leisure Centre. Turn onto Lassell Street from Trafalgar Road (Greenwich Estate Agents is on the corner) and the studio is through the second door on the right (it is a small wooden door). We are down a flight of stairs.

Parking

There is no designated parking but there is parking on Lassell Street and all of the surrounding streets for 2 hours. If these spaces are taken then there is usually space on Maze Hill about half-way up and this is a 5 or 10 minute walk from the studio.

Public transport

Maze Hill station is very close and there are 5 buses which go by on Trafalgar Road - the 286 (Sidcup, Eltham and Blackheath Standard), the 386 (Woolwich and Blackheath), the 180 (Lewisham) the 177 (New Cross, Peckham and Deptford) and the 188 (Bermondsey, Waterloo and Russell Square).

The 386 goes from Blackheath Village (outside of the Crown Pub) to Trafalgar Road. During peak hours this can take a long time, but off-peak it takes about 12 minutes.
