Special CoursesMonthly Introduction to Pilates coursesThese courses are compulsory for all new clients who have either never done Pilates before or are at beginners level:
Date and time: These courses run for 4 weeks every month either on Saturday or in the evenings after 8 p.m. See the schedule below. It is necessary to complete the entire 4 weeks in order to move onto another class. If you miss 1 class then it is possible to carry it over into another month. If you miss more than one class that you will be required to pay to re-take the missed classes unless you choose the 4-class pass option. Cost: £50 per course or £60 for a 4-class pass to be used in any month (so for example you could take 1 class in April, 1 in June, etc..). Are you preparing for the London Marathon or just a runner looking to gain more flexibility and strength? Or perhaps you are a non-runner interested in exercises to improve your posture, flatten your stomach and contribute to your overall wellbeing. We are now offering a beginners Pilates course with a focus on exercises that will complement a runner's training. This course will teach the basics of core stability, breathing and alignment as well as incorporating overall stretching and strengthening work with a focus on alignment and muscle balance in the lower limbs. Although focusing on the needs of runners, these courses will benefit anybody looking to improve their posture, movement, core stability, flexibility and strength.
Day and Time: Wednesday lunchtimes. 12 noon - 1pm.
Dates: March 3 - April 21st (8 weeks)
Cost: £80 per course*. Cost for Marathon participants is £60 (25% discount).
Payable in advance by cash, bank transfer or paypal (we do not accept cheques or credit/debit cards).
