You would need
antenatal classes. Please click

7. Do you
want to increase your general fitness levels or lose weight while
exercising outdoors?

Throughout the
summer and autumn we offer classes in Greenwich Park which combine
a short Pilates class with some fast walking and toning exercises.
These classes can help to improve general fitness levels and may
help to burn calories more than a general Pilates class. Please
see our Pilates and
the Park website (this will open in a new window).
8. Have you
taken any classes at the Little Pilates Studio before?

You would need
to begin with a 4-week Introduction to Pilates course. Please click
here for information about our classes or see the schedule
for details of days and times.
9. Can you attend class regularly on a weekly basis

You require
the flexibility that we offer on our semi drop-in classes for beginners
and improvers on Monday evenings. These consist of 5 classes, paid
for in advance. You then have a 10 week period in which to use the
classes. Please
or see the schedule for times.
10. Do you wish to exercise with swiss balls?

Any of our classes would be suitable for you (except for our Tuesday
evening ball class). Please
about our classes or see the schedule
for details of days and times.
We offer ball classes in which about 50% of the exercises are done
using swiss balls - these have less people than a general matwork
class. Please see the schedule for class
days and times
