Who says that
"bigger is better"? At the Little Pilates Studio Greenwich
we go out of our way to disprove that point. We may be small but
this enables us to offer you individually designed programs or small
group classes so that you will receive corrections and personal
attention not possible in larger classes in gyms and fitness centers.
Our instructors are all fully qualified and will put your needs
first. If you want to free yourself from aches and pains, improve
your posture, strengthen and lengthen your muscles and discover
proper movement patterns then this is the place for you. With regular
practice you are almost guaranteed to see quick results and we would
love to be here to help you to reach your goals.
We are proud to be the first studio in the area to
offer antenatal Pilates classes and are now welcoming some women
back for their 2nd pregnancies. We are also one of the only studios
in the area to work with the Reformer (click
for more information) - a Pilates apparatus which is perfect
for building or rebuilding strength, increasing flexibility and
improving the mobility of your joints.
We are now also able to offer you a cardiovascular
component to your Pilates practice with our Pilates and the Park
classes and one-to-one sessions. Increase your cardiovascular fitness
levels by combining a Pilates class in the studio with quick walks
